When stained Vermont Cabinetry builds our cabinet solutions using only the finest of hand-selected hardwoods for our doors, drawer boxes and fronts and cabinet frames. Our cabinet boxes are ¾” Maple veneer furniture grade plywood making them the strongest and most durable in the industry. We can hand stain or paint with a very durable poly finish in your choice of color.

Hard Maple

Hard Maple is a fine-grain and light-color wood, can be stained, often with a clear or natural finish for a light, contemporary look.

Red Birch

Birch is a durable, fine-grain wood that is slightly darker than maple, and is receptive enough to stain to look like cherry or maple.

Cherry

Rustic Walnut

Also referred to as Black Walnut is often classified as a premium domestic hardwood. The heartwood can vary in color from a pale brown to a darker chocolate brown with darker brown streaks.
